Job Summary
Overnight supervision of NetJets Owner Services operations: the Midnight Account Manager handles flight details and service issues for Owners, conducts QC of next-day flights, manages inbound/outbound Owner communications (phone and email), and adjusts schedules as needed to prevent service impact. Acts as a supervisory point during overnight hours, with authority to determine which Owners receive services as scheduled and to offer credit concessions within policy. Coordinates with Scheduling, Dispatch, Maintenance, and the SOC to ensure successful execution of the next day’s flight schedule, and greets Owner flights at the CMH FBO. Requires 2-4 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and NetJets software (iJet II, ETM). Education: High School. Core competencies include service-oriented mindset, collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to make on-demand decisions with minimal supervision.
