Job Summary
Own the project management of Business Performance Solutions (BPS) implementation projects, interfacing with customers, Strategic Business Unit Teams, and Traditional Employment Service Teams for flawless execution. Consult with customers regarding current and future BPS needs, including payroll and reporting, advising on system selection and implementation strategies. Translate requirements to internal teams, strategize on process improvements, and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure error-free payrolls. Schedule regular meetings to oversee milestone progression, solve day-to-day data issues with minimal supervision, and train customers on self-service aspects. Consolidate lessons learned at project conclusion and participate in disaster recovery plans as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years project management/implementation work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR)
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS implementation of Human Resource solutions, such as Payroll, HCM, Time and Attendance, Expense Management, Performance Management
- Knowledge and experience with practices and procedures of Recruiting, Retirement, Financial and Insurance Services
- Project management skills to plan and direct time, budget and resources to meet implementation timeline objectives
- Ability to develop and leverage collaborative work relationships to accomplish implementation goals
- Comfortable with technology solutions such as Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using a project management tool such as Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused service environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate to a wide audience on the strategic and/or technical applications of BPS as applied to customer's business strategy and goals
- Critical analysis and quick decision-making skills
