Job Summary
Provide synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one virtual nutrition care for individuals navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions, plus ongoing text/app/phone/video support to facilitate lifestyle changes. Work within a multi-week program format, maintain timely documentation, and adhere to clinical, privacy, and compliance standards. Join Pomelo Care as an independent contractor (1099) in the Massachusetts license network, with credentialing and licensure verification steps. Compensation is per visit and varies by visit type, length, and payer requirements. You’ll have flexibility in scheduling, a focus on helping families, and access to credentialing and administrative support; telehealth delivery is a core component. Potential earnings range approximately $50.00 to $65.00 per active visit hour, with no guaranteed minimum visits. Requires MA licensure and national RD/RDN certification; remote, United States-wide opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Massachusetts
- A minimum of 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for patients with conditions including metabolic syndrome, weight loss/changes, osteopenia/osteoporosis, IBS, and plant-forward/anti-inflammatory eating patterns
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
