Job Summary
Install, configure, administer, and support enterprise middleware platforms while monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability. Perform middleware upgrades, patching, deployments, and maintenance activities, supporting application deployments through close collaboration with infrastructure and development teams. Maintain system security, documentation, and operational best practices. Requires 5+ years of experience in Middleware Administration with hands-on knowledge of platforms like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS, or Oracle HTTP Server, alongside strong Linux/Unix and Windows environment skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Middleware Administration
- Hands-on experience with one or more middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS, or Oracle HTTP Server
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) and automation is an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred
