Job Summary
Implement, configure, tune, cluster, and maintain J2EE application and portal environments consisting of TIBCO, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere product family, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, & IIS. Maintain 99.99% availability of the web and integration services, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform migrations and upgrades. Requires strong experience with TIBCO and middleware technologies, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, and be capable of on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in installation, administration and configuration of TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus
- Experience in installation, administration, configuration, performance tuning and clustering of web/application servers
- Experience in the design and production support of Java/J2EE applications
- Hands-on work experience in a multi-tiered continuous availability architectural environment
- Basic understanding of security technologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL Standards
- Ability to be on call 24x7 support rotations

- MuleSoft ESB experience
- AWS Cloud experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
