Job Summary
Manage application servers including WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, and JBoss by handling JAR, WAR, and EAR deployments while performing production support and L2 incident handling. Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Linux/Windows knowledge, monitor performance metrics, and examine thread or heap dumps to resolve JVM problems. Configure SSL and HTTP server integrations, and utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow for tracking and resolution. Work a 5.5-day week with alternate Saturdays off in Navi Mumbai, reporting immediate to 30 days for walk-in interviews.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years
- Experience in Middleware Administration (WebLogic/WebSphere/Tomcat/JBoss)
- Hands-on in application deployment (JAR, WAR, EAR files)
- Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
- Experience in production support and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows and basic database concepts
- Experience in SSL, server configuration, and HTTP server integration
- Understanding of performance monitoring and JVM analysis (Thread/Heap dumps)
