Job Summary
Provide companionship, social engagement, and non-medical personal care including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with hygiene, mobility, and dressing. Establish communication with clients and family while maintaining punctuality and reliability across shifts. Cover immediate openings in Middletown, Odessa, Townsend, Smyrna, and surrounding New Castle County areas during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Requires direct Delaware caregiving experience, valid driver's license, and recent TB test and physical exam. Join a supportive team offering performance-based pay up to $20/hr, summer sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, dental, vision, and hospital insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have direct home/facility caregiving experience in the state of Delaware
- Recent (180 day) negative TB test
- Recent (180 day) Fit for Duty physical exam
- Ability to pass Drug Test
- Ability to pass a national/50 state background check
- Reliable transportation required (car preferred)
- Valid driver's license (proof of active car insurance/registration)
- Able and willing to provide care and conduct lifting activities up to 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Assistive Technology Devices is also preferred
