Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions by developing, customizing, and configuring applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. Build integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, design automation processes with Flows, and maintain high code quality through unit tests. Configure objects, workflows, and dashboards while troubleshooting existing applications and collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Create technical documentation to support solution design discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven mid-level experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning Framework
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and customization
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience writing unit tests and following Salesforce development best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Intermediate English level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or enterprise technology organizations
- Experience delivering solutions within consulting environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices
