Job Summary
Senior Backend Engineer (Java/Kotlin/Spring) to develop the Java/Kotlin backend components for NAVER services (Academic Info, Blog, Commerce, Dictionary, NAVER Weverse, NAVER Cloud, etc.), participate in code reviews and architecture design, apply MSA/K8s, work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) and Kafka, and take on leadership responsibilities as part of a large-scale, high-traffic backend ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java(Kotlin) applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects
- +3 years of experience in Java(Kotlin, Spring Framework)
- Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and Kubernetes
- Experience or strong knowledge in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience in Message Queue like Kafka
- Understanding & experience in Data structures, Algorithms, Distributed Service, OOP
- Good communication skills in English and general collaboration
- Ability to manage job schedules and lead members
