Middle School Volleyball Coach

Develop and communicate clear goals for the team and individual players while establishing skills specific to volleyball. Create a safe, healthy environment that fosters sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive self-esteem among student athletes. Maintain open, honest communication with students, parents, other coaches, and the Athletic Coordinator to support academic expectations and enforce the student-athlete code of conduct. Model leadership best practices and connect athletic experiences with life lessons. Commit to a flexible time schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
