Middle School Volleyball Coach

Develop and communicate clear goals for the team and individual players while establishing a group that demonstrates good sportsmanship. Build the skills of players specific to volleyball and model good sportsmanship always to help each student achieve self-esteem and a positive self-image. Maintain open and honest communication with students, parents, other coaches, and the Athletic Coordinator. Promote and enforce the student-athlete code of conduct, connect athletic experiences with life experiences, and create a safe, healthy environment for student athletes. Support student academic expectations and demonstrate understanding of leadership best practices for this age group. Commit to a flexible time schedule as a seasonal position.
