Job Summary
Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using Performance Academies' curriculum while differentiating lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments to adjust instruction and promote academic growth. Create a safe, positive classroom environment by implementing school-wide behavior expectations and building strong relationships with students and families. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and collaborate with colleagues to improve outcomes. Maintain accurate student records and participate in ongoing professional learning and school-based meetings. Uphold the mission, values, and policies of Performance Academies while supporting the whole child through rigorous academics, daily structured fitness, and intentional character education.
