Job Summary
Kairos Academies is seeking educators to join a general pool for the 2025-26 school year for potential in-person teaching roles at the St. Louis campus. Responsibilities include delivering standards-aligned instruction, developing rigorous lesson/unit plans, analyzing data to inform instructional decisions, providing daily feedback, mentoring students through advisory sessions, and participating in whole-school leadership and PLCs. Candidates should demonstrate instructional effectiveness, strong classroom management, ability to engage families, and alignment with Kairos values (Love, Excellence, Agency, Diversity). The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Missouri substitute certification, and US work eligibility, with a focus on building student achievement and positive school culture in an in-person setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid Missouri Substitute Certification (required)
- Valid Missouri Teacher Certification is strongly preferred or willing to obtain promptly
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Criminal records check annually required
