Job Summary
Design practice and administer a comprehensive speech program alongside the varsity head coach. Supervise students involved in the activity while instructing them in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training. Serve as a role model through instructions and actions to foster socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, and confidence. Uphold rules and procedures defined by the Worthington School District. Upgrade personal knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations, and consultation.
Required Qualifications
- Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned activity", "substantial knowledge of the speech activity", "ability to examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field", "ability to serve as an appropriate role model for students through instructions and actions
