Middle School Special Education Teacher

Teach middle school special education students according to State and District standards while developing and implementing lesson plans. Assist with the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEP) and evaluate student learning. Communicate student learning outcomes to stakeholders and administrators. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field, along with an Arizona Department of Education Teaching Certificate and an approved area on the certificate. Candidates must also possess an Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
