Job Summary
Provide students with in-person instruction in Middle School Spanish in Odessa, TX, aligning instruction with district and Texas Education Agency guidelines. Develop and implement lesson plans, reflect accommodations for diverse learning styles, assess student learning, and report progress. Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs; plan and supervise teacher aide(s) and volunteers; employ technology to enhance learning; maintain professional communications with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators; participate in staff development and fulfill contract requirements. Lead or sponsor extracurricular activities as assigned and ensure a positive classroom environment in line with district policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
