Job Summary
Teach an NGSS-aligned interdisciplinary science curriculum to middle school students, develop inquiry-based labs, and foster scientific questioning and analysis. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Certification not required to be hired at Uncommon, but must meet NY state certification requirements
- Enrollment in a teacher preparation program and maintenance of a GPA of 2.5 or higher during employment
- Must enroll and become certified in the state of New York within a reasonable period after beginning employment
