Job Summary
SCIENCE TEACHER for Hart Middle School at Rochester Community Schools. 1.0 FTE position teaching middle school science, responsible for delivering standards-based curricular content, developing engaging lessons, adapting materials for diverse learners, employing varied instructional techniques, maintaining student behavior standards, assessing student progress, communicating with parents and staff, and participating in curriculum development and professional growth. Requires valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, a Bachelor's degree in curricular area, and strong communication and classroom-management skills.
