Job Summary
Middle School Restorative Justice Coordinator responsible for investigating incidents, documenting outcomes, facilitating reentry for students returning from suspension or absence, tracking behavior data, coordinating interventions with the Principal/Director of Culture/ Counselor, leading restorative circles and peer mediation, maintaining a visible presence across the school day, and engaging families to support a positive school culture. Requires experience with restorative practices, de-escalation, and conflict resolution; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; and eligibility to work in the U.S. with background checks. Starting salary $45,000+ with opportunities for performance-based stipends and advancement; on-site role in St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth in schools, counseling, or community-based programs
- Familiarity with restorative practices, de-escalation, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems
- Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. and able to pass background checks
