Job Summary
Lead program operations for the 21st CCLC after-school and summer program at Golden Gate Middle School; oversee day-to-day activities including staff scheduling, curriculum coordination, activity planning, site reporting, and ensuring the program aligns with school-day curriculum. Drive student and family engagement, enrollment, and data reporting, while building partnerships with schools, agencies, and community partners. Maintain documentation of program activities and student records; support family involvement through Parent Advisory Council and events; ensure compliance with Collier County School District and 21st CCLC rules and reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of teaching/administrative experience, with supervisory experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; must have or obtain First Aid/CPR within 90 days; background checks and FDLE fingerprinting required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least three years of experience in a teaching or administrative capacity in an organization providing direct services to students
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Ability to pass background checks and FDLE fingerprinting
