Job Summary
Middle School Math Teacher responsible for delivering the district-approved math curriculum to middle school students for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include instructional effectiveness (communicating learning expectations, assessing knowledge and skills, specifying objectives, providing appropriate learning tasks, using varied teaching methods, giving timely feedback, reteaching as needed, and summarizing lessons), organizational and classroom management (establishing routines, preparing lesson plans, distributing materials, managing transitions, maintaining time-on-task), and professional demeanor (teaching the approved curriculum, maintaining punctuality and records, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with students and parents). Contingent upon board approval.
Required Qualifications
