Job Summary
Manage Middle School JV volleyball practices, games, and tournaments while teaching sport rules and promoting sportsmanship among players, parents, and fans. Lead team devotionals, prayer, and maintain a God-centered culture. Report injuries, discipline issues, roster changes, and vehicle incidents to the Athletic Director daily. Communicate purchases in advance and utilize TeamSnap for schedules and updates. Hold a parent meeting in the first week of the season. Ensure athlete safety and supervision at all times, maintaining CPR/First Aid certification and following child abuse reporting protocols. Keep school vehicles clean and locked. Encourage multi-sport participation and attend required Athletics meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Current AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Prior coaching experience at the high school level or higher preferred
