Middle School Intervention Specialist Long-Term Substitute Teacher responsible for delivering district-approved middle school curriculum, facilitating a safe and productive learning environment, creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, conducting ongoing assessment to support student growth (including students with special needs), and maintaining accurate records. The role involves communicating with students, parents, and administration about progress and expectations, coordinating with staff, and participating in professional development to stay current with educational practices and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate/License: Valid Ohio K-12 Intervention Specialist
- Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment
- Experience: Successful prior teaching experience preferred
