Middle School/High School Student Support Specialist - Attleboro Community Academy

Build positive, supportive relationships with students while implementing intervention, behavior support, and de-escalation strategies to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. Monitor student behavior across classrooms, hallways, and common areas, assist in resolving conflicts, and report safety concerns to administration. Provide academic and behavioral support individually and in small groups, collaborate with staff to develop student support plans, and serve as a liaison between students and personnel. Assist with school-wide events and extracurricular activities while demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving needs. Apply de-escalation techniques and accountability measures to foster student success, ensuring clear expectations are met throughout the day.
