Job Summary
Teach cross-country skills and strategies to grade 7-8 student-athletes while serving as a role model during practices, game days, and conditioning sessions. Supervise athletes, maintain the practice facility and equipment, and determine awards for students. Provide the athletic department with a list of team needs and communicate regularly with families as needed. The role includes a stipend of $1,442 and requires experience coaching cross country and working with middle school students.
