Middle School Girls Soccer Head Coach responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting all practices and games; developing strategies to promote player growth and team success; fostering a positive, sportsmanlike team culture aligned with school values; supervising assistant coaches and student-athletes; effective communication with players, parents, and school staff; coordinating game prep, scheduling, equipment, and logistics; promoting academic achievement and character development; ensuring safety and maintaining compliance with school and league policies. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous soccer coaching experience preferred (middle school-level ideal)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
