Job Summary
Assistant Head Coach for Middle School girls golf (2026-2027 fall season) at Pace Academy. Part-time, seasonal role with on/off-campus responsibilities including off-campus practices and weekday matches for 2-3 hours on Mon Tue Wed or Thu. Responsibilities include driving the team to practices/matches if needed, organizing practice pairings, supervising/evaluating player performance/etiquette, collaborating with head coach and supervising the team at events, and representing Pace Academy in a professional manner within sportsmanship guidelines. Requires golf experience, knowledge of USGA rules and etiquette, coaching/recruiting skills, and strong communication with players, parents, and Athletics Department. Pace emphasizes a student-athlete concept, leadership, energy, creativity, self-motivation, and teamwork. This is a temporary, seasonal position with a coaching stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Golf experience
