Job Summary
Head Coach for Middle School Girls Basketball at Loveland Middle School. Coordinates all aspects of the interscholastic program, coaches 7th/8th grade girls basketball, assists the head coach with player skill assessment, assigns team positions, oversees injuries reporting, equipment inventory, and safety of facilities. Duties include supervising practices and contests, attending staff meetings, handling scouting assignments, maintaining accurate statistics and records, enforcing discipline and sportsmanship, ensuring compliance with district requirements and state athletic by-laws, and collaborating with the middle school athletic director to communicate with parents and the public about the athletic program. Requires completion of Sports Medicine Program and CPR certification; experience preferred.
