Middle School Girl's Basketball Coach

Plan and supervise middle school basketball practices, teaching fundamentals, rules, and strategies while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Establish clear expectations for behavior, effort, and attendance, then maintain appropriate supervision of student-athletes before, during, and after all practices and competitions. Serve as a positive role model, communicate effectively with families and administration, and collaborate with other coaches to ensure program consistency. Maintain accurate rosters, manage equipment inventory, and report injuries or safety concerns to school personnel. Follow district policies, conference rules, and state athletic regulations while attending required trainings and professional development.
