Job Summary
Conduct daily practice sessions, game planning, and team management for Boys' and Girls' Cross Country, Boys' Soccer, and Girls' Soccer teams at Thomas Prince School. Coordinate with co-coaches to ensure proportional compensation rates are applied when multiple individuals fill the same position. Maintain team safety by ensuring all staff hold current CPR/AED certifications and have successfully completed the NFHS Concussion Course. Prioritize fostering a safe, nurturing environment that empowers students to apply their unique strengths while partnering with the community to optimize resource use.

- Prior coaching experience preferred
