Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts educator license or MTEL SEI endorsement within first year of employment

  • Passing required MTEL tests (Communications & Literacy MTEL, Subject-Specific MTEL, and MTEL SEI Endorsement) within first year
  • Experience: 1-2 years in urban K-12 settings preferred
