Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts educator license or MTEL SEI endorsement within first year of employment
- SEI endorsement for teachers with EL students
- Passing required MTEL tests (Communications & Literacy MTEL, Subject-Specific MTEL, and MTEL SEI Endorsement) within first year
- Experience: 1-2 years in urban K-12 settings preferred
