Job Summary
Lead the academic and student life programs for grades 6–8 while supervising, supporting, and evaluating faculty and staff. Foster a joyful, inclusive, and engaging middle school culture that supports student academic, social, and emotional growth. Partner closely with families, faculty, and school leadership to advance curriculum innovation and educational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, demonstrated experience in middle school education and faculty supervision, and excellent communication skills. The Prairie School, a premier independent PreK–12 college preparatory school on Lake Michigan, serves 651 students with a 7:1 student-teacher ratio and a strong tradition of academic excellence.
