Job Summary
Middle School Director leads the Middle Grades program with responsibility for academic excellence, personnel leadership, student support systems, family engagement, and day-to-day operations. The role oversees MTSS, curriculum implementation, state assessments planning, instructional coaching collaboration, and budget management to drive literacy and student outcomes, while partnering with the Head of School and instructional teams to sustain growth in academics and school culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong classroom teaching experience
- Experience leading, coaching, or supervising educators
- Be authorized to work in the United States
