Middle School Counselor/Student Support

Temporary Middle School Counselor providing short-term academic, social-emotional, and crisis intervention support for grades 6-8 in Redmond, OR. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, community referrals, academic guidance and transition support to high school, staff collaboration, family engagement, and maintaining confidential notes in FERPA-aligned records; emphasizes proficiency-based guidance and developing student well-being and readiness for high school within RPA’s collaborative, charter-school environment.
