Middle School Coordinator

Lead all aspects of the middle school ministry for grades 6–8, including weekly gatherings, environments, and student engagement. Create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually impactful environment where students can grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships. Regularly teach and preach during services, communicating biblical truth in an age-appropriate, culturally relevant way. Partner with the Youth Pastor to align teaching with the overall vision, assist in developing a discipleship pathway, and help students take next steps in their faith. Recruit, train, and care for volunteer leaders while supporting small group environments that encourage spiritual growth and accountability. Plan and execute youth ministry events, including camps, retreats, and outreach, ensuring they are organized and aligned with ministry goals. Collaborate on creative programming, attend required meetings, and utilize thorough understanding of C3 employee policies. Demonstrate ongoing financial support for ministries of C3 and work in close association with the entire staff to build a strong team environment.
