Job Summary
Middle School After School Program Coach leads a group of 6-8 grade students through daily after-school programming, engaging in Bible lessons, recreation, homework-help, and planned activities. Responsibilities include safety/behavior management, site setup/cleanup, planning and facilitating activities and service projects, and, if eligible, transportation of students using Forerunner's vans. Emphasis on relational engagement and discipleship with an expectation to embody core values. Requires availability 16-20 hours/week (2:30-6:30, Tue–Fri), valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and successful drug test and background check. Strong relational skills and prior experience with children, especially those from hard places, are sought. Must demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and problem-solving abilities to coach and encourage students.
