Lead coach for the Middle School Cheer program at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Essex, MD for the 2026–2027 academic year. Plan, organize, and conduct all team practices, training sessions, and games; develop and implement strategies to promote individual player growth and team success; foster a positive, disciplined, and faith-filled team culture; supervise and mentor assistant coaches and student-athletes; communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and athletic staff; coordinate game preparation, scheduling needs, equipment, and logistics; promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development; ensure safety and well-being of all student-athletes; maintain compliance with school and league policies; perform additional duties as assigned to support the athletic program.
