Job Summary
Lead the Middle School Boys Basketball program at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Essex, MD. Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, training sessions, and games; develop and implement strategies to promote individual player growth and team success; foster a positive, disciplined, and faith-filled team culture; supervise and mentor assistant coaches and student-athletes; coordinate game preparation, scheduling, equipment, and team logistics; promote academics, sportsmanship, and character development while ensuring safety and compliance with school and league policies; perform additional duties in support of the athletic program.
Required Qualifications
- Previous basketball coaching experience preferred, ideally at the middle school level.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
