Job Summary
Special Education Teacher for Autistic Support/Life Skills Support at Fairview Middle School. Responsibilities include tracking, scheduling, and writing IEPs and Re-Evaluation Reports per PDE regulations; employing diverse instructional methods; collaborating with general education staff for differentiated instruction and accommodations; maintaining positive family and staff communications; serving on school-wide committees; pursuing professional development; applying sound classroom and behavior management strategies; coordinating with staff and paraprofessionals to deliver quality programming; and developing 504 plans when applicable. Requires PA Special Education certification and a Bachelor's degree; salary per F.E.A. contract.

- Pennsylvania certification: In Special Education (N-12) or (PreK-8)
