Job Summary
Provides leadership and supervision in administering the school’s educational program to promote student achievement in alignment with policies and procedures. Leads program development and improvement, assists with screening and selecting instructional staff, supervises and evaluates staff, maintains master schedule, participates in multidisciplinary meetings, ensures policy and safety compliance, and supports professional growth of the school community.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in education administration or related field
- Valid Iowa Administrator License with PK-12 Principal / PK-12 Special Education Supervisor and Evaluator endorsements
- Minimum of four years successful teaching experience
