Middle School Assistant Volleyball Coach

Lead devotionals, team prayer, and maintain a God-centered culture while teaching sport rules and promoting sportsmanship among players, parents, and fans. Report injuries, discipline issues, roster changes, and vehicle incidents to the Athletic Director daily, communicate purchases in advance, and use TeamSnap for schedules. Hold a parent meeting in the first week of the season and attend all practices, games, and tournaments. Ensure athlete safety and supervision at all times, maintain CPR/First Aid certification, follow budget guidelines, and keep school vehicles clean and locked. Encourage multi-sport participation and seek growth opportunities through required Athletics meetings.
