Assistant Middle School Track Coach responsible for planning practices, overseeing conditioning and meet preparation; teach fundamental track skills and strategy; promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship; supervise student-athletes and ensure safety during practices, meets, and travel; coordinate with the athletic department on scheduling, transportation, and facility use; adhere to MSHSAA regulations and Camdenton R-III coaching requirements; DESE certification required
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience at the middle school, or high school preferred
- Knowledge of track fundamentals, rules, and strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes
- Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements
- Teaching position contingent on availability and appropriate DESE certification
