Job Summary
Middle School Math Teacher for grades 6-8 at Equality Charter Middle School in the Bronx. Responsibilities include collaborating with teammates, participating in professional development, attending and contributing to teacher team meetings and data inquiry/coaching sessions, delivering daily lesson plans, co-teaching with staff to meet all students’ needs, maintaining an engaging classroom with a focus on social-emotional learning, promoting student voices and student-led discovery, potential advisory responsibilities with a focus on soft skills, timely grading and reporting, and using data to guide instructional decisions.
