Job Summary
Lead internal projects from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation. Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery to translate needs into actionable requirements. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment at every stage. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies. Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows. Drive change management and adapt to evolving needs while ensuring aligned execution across teams. Monitor project performance and KPIs, collect and analyze data to support decisions, and prepare progress updates for stakeholders and senior management. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
