Job Summary
Middle Project Manager with strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. Responsibilities include owning the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery, conducting user interviews and stakeholder discovery, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying and mitigating risks, leading implementation of new products or processes, driving change management, monitoring KPIs, collecting/analyzing data for decision-making, preparing progress reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, experience with business process analysis/product workflow development, strong communication across audiences, data-driven decision making, experience with AI in products/processes, and English at least at B2 level.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
