Job Summary
Lead the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation for internal systems and workflows. Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery to translate needs into actionable requirements, bridge business and technical teams with clear alignment, identify and mitigate risks, and lead the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows. Drive change management, monitor KPIs and project performance, collect and analyze data for decision-making, and prepare progress updates for senior management. Emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with AI-enabled initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
