Job Summary
Lead the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation. Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies. Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows. Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams. Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes. Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions. Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
