Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Job Summary
Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation. Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage while managing risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies. Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows and drive change management efforts across evolving priorities. Monitor project performance and KPIs to keep delivery aligned with business outcomes, using data analysis to support decision-making and prepare progress reports for senior management. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
