Job Summary
Middle Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. Responsible for the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation; conducts user interviews and stakeholder discovery to translate needs into actionable requirements; bridges business stakeholders and technical teams; identifies and manages risks, issues, and dependencies; leads implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows; leads change management and ensures alignment across teams; monitors project performance and KPIs; collects and analyzes data to support decision-making; prepares progress reports for stakeholders and senior management; proactively identifies process-improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps. Requires 3+ years of project management experience, hands-on experience in business process analysis/optimization or product workflow development, strong communication and stakeholder management, a data-driven approach, experience with AI in products or processes, strong organizational skills, and English at least at B2 level.

- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
