Job Summary
Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. Responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle, requirements gathering, stakeholder discovery, bridging business and technical teams, risk/issue/dependency management, leading implementation of new products/tools/processes, change management, monitoring KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and delivering progress reports. Emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders across levels, adaptability to evolving requirements, and ensuring alignment of deliverables with business outcomes; requires 3+ years PM experience, BP analysis/optimization, AI experience, strong communication, and English at least B2.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- English B2 or above
